Lizbeth is a key contributor to our People & Culture department, managing and implementing HR policies and programs across various disciplines like recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits, training, compliance, and more. She provides direct and immediate support to employees at all levels of the organization, enforces policies, and ensures consistent compliance.
